Fix your Eyes and Goal on the Invisible.

Do you ever get discouraged? Do you sometimes feel, ‘Is this all worthwhile? Are we actually getting anywhere?’ Are you ever tempted to ‘lose heart’? If you are, you are not alone. I also get tempted myself to lose heart, and so I write to other people who are also tempted to do so.

Your treasure is inward and unseen, and every day you must dig deep to get at the treasure. After all Diamonds are buried deep within the earths crust and requires effort and labour to extract. But when you see the beauty and purity of your hard work, it makes the effort every bit worth it.

Our culture emphasises the outward and the seen. Money, possessions, houses, cars, food, physical beauty and outward success dominate the media. But you must focus on the importance of the invisible – the inward and unseen aspects of your character: the thoughts, beliefs and attitudes that determine our outward behavior. ‘For what is seen is temporary but what is unseen is eternal’.

The invisible is eternal.

You are Eternal.
